Many types of vegetables can be used. It should be crunchy and colourful. The vegetables are cut into bite size.
Ingredients:
- 3 pieces dried mushrooms (cut into halves)
- 20 g broccoli (cut into small pieces)
- 20 g cauliflower (cut into small pieces)
- 1/2 carrot (cut into strips)
- 1/4 cup button mushrooms (Cut into halves)
- 5 baby corn (cut into halves)
- 20 g prawns (peeled)
- 1 tsp garlic (chopped)
- 2 tbsp oil
Seasoning:
- 1tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp light soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp cornflour
Method:
1. Heat up oil and fry garlic and prawns. Put all the other ingredients and fry for 2 minutes.2. Add in the seasoning.
3. Serve it hot on a plate.serving: 4 person
