Ingredients:
- 1/2 kg chicken (cut into small pieces)
- 2-3 bombay onions (slice thinly)
- 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp oil
Method:
Step 1.

1. Heat up oil in a pot and saute onions till fragrant.
2. Add chicken pieces and fry for a few minutes.
3. Add in dark and light soy sauce together with water. Let it simmer for 15 minutes.
4. Dish out and serve in a bowl.
cooking time: 20 minutes
serving: 4 person
note: Sliced chillies can be added to the dish while sauteing the onions if you like it hot.
