Ingredients:
2 brinjals
1 red chille
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
4 red onions
1/2 cup water
Method:
1. Cut brinjal into desired shape.
2. Sice onions and chille thinly.
3. Heat up a wok with some oil. Fry brinjals till golden brown. Dish out when done.
