Ingredients
1 cup macaroni
4 medium Carrots, shredded
1 /2 cup Raisins
1/2 cups fat-free mayonnaise
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup Thick cream
1 teaspoon salt
Directions
1.Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and rinse in cold water. In a large serving bowl, combine the macaroni, carrots
2.In a small bowl, whisk the mayonnaise, milk, sugar, raisin, salt and until smooth.
3.Pour over macaroni mixture and toss to coat.
4.Cover and refrigerate overnight.
